Another Monday again! Now  I think time passes quickly more and more. One week is just like one second passing among my fingers.  So I need to finish something as fast as I can.  In other words, I must insist on pursuiting my dream no matter how hard it is ’cause the time is so limit. To make me self-strong, I am accustomed to running. Sometimes I really figured fighting for something was such a dull feeling and even wanted to give it up as I didn’t predict or see whether the result would be like what I thought or not. Maybe for that uncertainty, I felt depressed now and then. However, what can I do if I really give it up? Life is precious for any one of us and we need to pursuit for something wonderful to make it more beautiful. Every time I mentioned it, I would have courage to do what I should do. As we know the premise is strong spirit.So to make me self-strong, I began  running every morning no matter how cold it was. Don’t misunderstand that I am just for losing weights. Not at all! As a matter of fact, I just fostered a strong spirit to keep me moving forward for ever. ‘Perseverence is not easy but if you possess it you will make it.’ I like this sentence truly. I believe if everybody can stick to something that they want to do in the end, they must be somthing or get an achievement. Running is dull and tired so sticking it is such  difficulty especially in winter morning. Just take today for an example. As we know how cold is the northern winter in January. I got up at six o’clock. On getting up , I felt too tired all of sudden plus cold weather I was about to stop running this morning. But finally, I persuaded myself and dashed out bravely.  I planned to run about 2500meters every time but today I felt so tired and worn out that I told me I couldn’t finish it. Suddenly, it occured to me that Napoleon said “The man who has made up his mind to win will never say impossible”. “Yes, I can’t submit so easily”I said loudly.  After that I breathed deep and began running. I conquered myself at last. I felt proud of myself very much at that moment. Maybe somebody will make light of my actions or take it as no big deal.
